Job Summary

Your major role as a Filing Clerk is to organise and manage physical and electronic filing systems to enable effective document storage and retrieval. You will be in charge of precisely sorting, Household Service Worker categorising, and filing papers to provide simple access and a seamless workflow across the organisation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Retrieves data and files for other departments and personnel.
  • Secures and protects the privacy of documents
  • Checks and corrects documentation and placement of previously filed documents.

Qualifications

  • A minimum ofĀ 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
  • Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course CertificateĀ holder inĀ Business Studies/Administration/Management, Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
  • FemaleĀ applicants are preferred for this role.
