Job Summary

Your major task as a Machine Operator is to run and maintain various types of machinery utilised in the manufacturing process. You will be in charge of setting up the machines, ensuring that they run smoothly, monitoring their performance, and doing routine maintenance to maintain maximum efficiency and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup: Prepare and set up the machines before the start of the production process. This includes adjusting settings, calibrating equipment, and ensuring all necessary materials are available.Assistant Teacher
Machine Operation: Operate the machinery during the production process, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor the machines closely to detect any malfunctions or deviations from the desired output.
Quality Control: Regularly inspect the produced items to ensure they meet the required quality standards. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor or quality control team promptly.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a related manufacturing role is beneficial but not always necessary.
Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality-conscious mindset.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
