Job Summary

As a Factory Worker, you will be an important member of the production team, contributing to the factory’s efficient and seamless functioning. Your main responsibilities will be to assemble, manufacture, and package items in compliance with the company’s quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Assembly: Perform manual or machine-operated assembly tasks to build products. Follow standardized procedures and work instructions to ensure accurate and consistent assembly.Building Cleaner
Machine Operation: Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process. This may include adjusting settings, loading materials, and monitoring the machines for any malfunctions.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards before packaging and distribution. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
Packaging: Responsible for appropriately packaging finished products according to specific guidelines, ensuring they are ready for shipment or distribution.
Material Handling: Transport raw materials and finished products within the factory using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other handling equipment. Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents.

Qualifications

A Minimum Of 1 Year(S) Of Working Experience Is Required.
Candidates Must Be At Least A Graduate Of A Four-year Undergraduate Course.
