As a CNC Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, programming, operation, and maintenance of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment. Using CNC technology, you will be responsible for converting design specifications into accurate, completed components. Your knowledge will help to ensure the efficient and precise manufacture of components while maintaining the highest quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CNC Programming:
   • Create and optimize CNC programs using various programming languages (G-code, CAM software, etc.).
   • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop accurate machining instructions.
   • Ensure programs are efficient, safe, and aligned with production requirements.
2. Machine Operation:
   • Set up CNC machines, including loading materials, tooling, and fixtures.
   • Monitor machine operations, making real-time adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
   • Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines to ensure proper functionality.
3. Quality Assurance:
   • Perform thorough inspections of machined parts using precision measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
